Stand-up Comedian & hobgoblin

Carmen Lagala is a whimsical ADHD–laden punchline tornado. Spinning toward unspoken truths, her comedy is a tea of confessions steeped overnight with equal notes of gritty New York City (home for 12 years) and sweet Vermont maple (born and raised).

You may have seen her on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, from her viral Don’t Tell Comedy set, SiriusXM radio, or headlining stages throughout the country, dismantling the shame of being human with the enthusiasm of a raccoon in a well-stocked pantry.

You can find her on Instagram & TikTok, and subscribe to her YouTube channel to support her must-watch special “Sweet Batch” with 350k views and climbing! Catch her new hour live, it’s even better — and buy her merch it’s insane. You’ll see.
